Radon Initial Measurement – 48-Hour Professional Radon Test
Overview
Protect your family, employees, and property from the risks of radon exposure with our professional 48-Hour Radon Initial Measurement. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that is colorless, odorless, and tasteless. It can accumulate indoors and is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States.
Our NRSB-certified Radon Measurement Specialists use professional-grade continuous radon monitors to accurately measure radon levels and provide a detailed report of the results.
What to Expect
During your appointment, our technician will place a calibrated radon monitor in the lowest livable area of the property according to EPA and industry standards. The device will remain in place for a minimum of 48 hours to collect accurate measurements.
The test is non-invasive, requires no special equipment from the homeowner, and does not interfere with normal daily activities.
Test Duration: Minimum 48 Hours
Testing Location: Lowest livable level of the home or building
Results: Typically available within 24 hours after device retrieval
